A credit allows you to view a caregiver’s full profile which includes their full name, phone number, email address, full availability schedule, desired pay rate and other preferences. Without using a credit, you will be able to view the caregiver’s name, age availability as it pertains to your requested schedule.

Upon inputting the specs of your case, you will see a list of caregivers whom fit your criteria. From viewing the available data, you will use 1 credit to obtain the contact information of the caregiver you select to work with. You will then contact that caregiver to present your job/case to them.

We verify the licensing credentials (HHA and CNA) to ensure each caregiver currently has an ACTIVE license prior to making a caregiver profile active
